1. General Policy

At Papersage, we do not offer refunds.

We only offer product exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order on papersage.shop, you agree to this Exchange Policy.


2. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 6 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Tags, seals, and labels must not be removed
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Requests submitted after 6 days will not be accepted.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged upon delivery)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at: https://papersage.shop/pages/contact 

Photos of the item and packaging are required for verification.

If approved, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.


5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at https://papersage.shop/pages/contact within 6 days.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to exchange
    • Reason for exchange
    • Clear photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for exchange approval confirmation.
  4. Return the item to the address provided.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.


7. Exchange Value Rules

  • Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or higher value.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will not be refunded or credited.

8. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Customers will receive confirmation once the new item is shipped

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, the exchange policy applies.


10. Consumer Rights (Qatar)

This policy is aligned with Qatar Consumer Protection regulations.

Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights under Qatari law.
